Delivery scope
Give the final Uzbek destination and indicate whether the request is for a warehouse, fabrication site or another agreed handover point. Confirm transport mode, intermediate handling, packing protection and delivery responsibilities with the supplier; this guide does not promise a route or transit time.
Delivered quotation factors
Compare offers on the same product, quantity, packing and delivery basis. Material grade, dimensional tolerances, inspection scope, destination handling and the agreed Incoterms affect the delivered quotation. Confirm the scope and validity of the actual offer rather than treating a reference weight as a transport quotation.
Documents to agree
Agree the required inspection document, heat or batch traceability, packing list and dimensional checks in the enquiry. Ask which documents can be supplied for the proposed material before ordering. A technical standard does not by itself establish destination import compliance.
